Flower Essences
Flower essence therapy is based on the belief that the energy of flowers can positively influence our emotional and mental well-being. The concept of flower essences was developed by Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician and homeopath, in the early 20th century.
According to the philosophy behind flower essences, each flower has a unique vibrational energy or essence that corresponds to a specific emotional or psychological state. The essences are believed to capture and transmit this energy, and when ingested or applied, they are thought to help balance and harmonize the emotions and promote a sense of well-being.
Mary Garbly of New Zealand developed her own set of flower essences and ICPKP have helped her legacy live on through this workshop.
Flower essence therapy is a simple, reasonably inexpensive way to help you and your clients cope with emotional upsets and injuries, such as cuts, bruises, aches and sprains. It is particularly useful where there are mental or emotional fears.
We live in a time of tremendous joyfulness. We have access to our conscious mind, our subconscious mind (where past memories are stored), and our supra-conscious or Higher Self mind. We can choose our own reality, or co-create it with others in co-operation with others, at all levels of the universe.
