The techniques you learn can be done on yourself and with your family members and friends. With the roots of Kinesiology based on Chinese Medicine 5-Element Theory, you will learn a number of simple techniques to easily balance your meridian system. You will also learn to identify and clear blockages stopping you from achieving your goals along with ways to improve your energy levels, reduce stress and emotional overwhelm. The foundation of this workshops teaches you how to communicate with your body effectively on different levels. When you have better communication with yourself you are able to move effortlessly towards your wellness goals and become the version of yourself you desire.
The International Certificate in Self Care is the first module of the International Certificate in Professional Kinesiology Practice. This can be taken as a stand alone workshop or as a taster before continuing on with the full certificate programme.
