Kinesiology is unique in how it works with the muscles in the body. No other therapy works with muscles and the body like we do in kinesiology. The technique we use ,called muscle testing or muscle monitoring, allows a practitioner to test the energetic capacity for each of the muscles in the body. This shows us where muscles are switching off, or not activating as effectively as they could be. Or, perhaps where they are reacting to other muscles, stress or other stimulus negatively. The Muscle testing also allows us to identify what will help reinstate that function. Whether it is a reflex point, a stress release technique, nutrition or something else. A practitioner can help identify that factor, ultimately improving the function of each of the muscles. With all the muscles functioning synergistically the body can easily reach peak performance.
